INVITATION: addressing anti-social behaviour and the impact of spice in Sheffield city centre
In response to recent concerns regarding anti-social behaviour and the use of spice in the city centre, Sheffield City Council, South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield BID would like to invite you to a meeting to discuss these concerns with partners and the local business community.
This is an opportunity for you share your concerns and issues with members of partnership agencies who are working to address anti-social behaviour in the city and the impact of SPICE which include:
- South Yorkshire Police
- Community Safety Partnership
- City Centre Management team / City centre Ambassadors
- Substance Misuse services
- Drug and Alcohol Coordination Team
- Business Improvement District
Partners are keen to listen to your concerns, share their knowledge, talk about the work to date and about future plans. This meeting will explore how we can all work in partnership to support your business, staff and customers.
This is being hosted on Thursday 8 November between 10am – 12pm at a city centre venue and will be the first of a series of meetings.
To book your place, please email Anabela.Araujo@sheffield.gov.uk and we will let you know by 31 October if your place has been reserved. This is only because numbers are limited to 25 and it may prove very popular – only one representative per business can apply to attend this first meeting. If you are not successful on this occasion, we will let you know about future meetings and we look forward to meeting with you then.
